Naked with a crowd watching - And arrested!
Its a pity but I know nothing about the back-story to this photograph. I’m guessing that the lone naked woman is a protester or something as the building looks very much like a law courts and she certainly managed to get a crowd of people to watch her (which probably isn’t too hard when you are naked woman!) But the strange thing is that it appears that the police are escorting her away but they haven’t bothered to try and cover her up – Maybe the policewoman taking up the rear is a lesbian and is enjoying the view? 
Whatever the reason for this burst of outdoor nudity, the public must have enjoyed it. Just look at the smiles on every-one’s faces!
